1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Y&A 10X Club
website, app, dashboard, forms, member directory, founder matching,
events pages, content, communication features, and related services. By
accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and all
linked policies.

2. Platform Access

Different platform areas may be available to visitors, registered users,
unpaid applicants, approved unpaid users, active paid members, admins,
and super admins. Access depends on user role, membership status,
payment status, approval status, event eligibility, and platform
permissions.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, OTP, authentication method, and account access.
• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must notify Y&A immediately if you suspect unauthorized account use.
• Y&A may suspend or restrict accounts where suspicious activity, misuse, or security risk is detected.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes connected with Y&A 10X
Club membership, application, events, founder discovery, peer learning,
and community participation. Member directory and matching features are
provided only for legitimate, respectful, and relevant founder
interaction.

5. Prohibited Use

• scrape, export, copy, sell, or misuse member data;
• send spam, unsolicited promotions, or aggressive sales messages;
• use the platform for broking, lead harvesting, data mining, or mass outreach;
• misrepresent identity, company, revenue, role, eligibility, or business details;
• upload false, illegal, confidential, infringing, obscene, hateful, harassing, or harmful content;
• interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, or reverse engineer the platform;
• record, photograph, publish, or share private discussions without consent;
• harass, threaten, discriminate, bully, defame, or intimidate any member, guest, speaker, admin, or team member;
• use coupons, passes, tickets, or accounts in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner;
• violate applicable law, third-party rights, or Y&A policies.

6. User Content

You may submit profile information, photos, business descriptions,
social links, documents, comments, feedback, testimonials, messages,
event media, and other content. You remain responsible for your content
and must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit
it.

By submitting content, you grant Y&A a limited, non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and
use that content as necessary to operate the platform, provide
membership services, manage events, display your profile where
applicable, process applications, and promote the club where you have
consented or where permitted by law.

7. Member Directory and Confidentiality

Member directory data, founder matches, contact details, business
descriptions, internal conversations, event discussions, and community
information are provided for trusted member interaction. You must not
copy, download, store, sell, publish, share, or commercially exploit
member information except as expressly allowed by Y&A and the concerned
member.

8. Intellectual Property

All website designs, branding, logos, text, visuals, videos, photos,
event materials, dashboards, software, workflows, databases, content
architecture, and platform features belong to Y&A or its licensors,
unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, revocable,
non-transferable right to use the platform for permitted purposes only.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

The platform may include third-party links, payment gateways, video
embeds, analytics tools, social links, WhatsApp, email tools, or
external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content,
policies, security, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party
services is governed by their terms and policies.

10. Events and Recordings

Some online or in-person events may be photographed, recorded,
live-streamed, or archived. Attendance may indicate consent to
reasonable event documentation unless you inform us in advance or
event-specific rules state otherwise. Private founder-room conversations
must not be recorded or shared without permission.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue platform
features, content, dashboard access, event functionality, or services
for maintenance, security, business, legal, or operational reasons. We
do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Enforcement

Y&A may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate
membership, cancel event registration, revoke coupons, or take other
reasonable action if we believe these Terms of Use or community
expectations have been violated.

13. Disclaimer

The platform and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available”
basis. Y&A does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical,
or professional advice through the platform. Any business decisions made
based on community conversations, content, or introductions are your
responsibility.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Y&A will not be liable for
indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, business loss,
loss of profit, data loss, reputational loss, or opportunity loss
arising from platform use, member interactions, events, or third-party
services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Subject to
applicable law, courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive
jurisdiction.
